About the role of Commercial Manager
As Commercial Manager, you will be joining an award-winning Developer who work across London. You will be based in their East London office where you will successfully manage the team. They have a turnover of over £1bn and are planning to continue to grow. Joining this UK house builder, is great for your career progression, especially if you are a Senior/Managing Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step.
Key Responsibilities of Commercial Manager:
Attend regular team meetings
Provide advice to the team on resolving contractual disputes and legal matters in a timely manner
Ensure high standards of cash flow forecasting
Review project cash flows with team and present to Commercial Director
Maintain positive and successful client relationships.Key Requirements of Commercial Manager:
They are looking for a strong leader who has effectively mentored others in their role previously. You must demonstrate commitment, teamwork and integrity.
Live within commutable distance to East London
Experience in dispute resolution and contract administration at a Developer
Experience in leading a commercial team
Construction related degree is ideal but not essential What's on offer:
