A top-tier Legal 500 firm in London is seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their well-established real estate team. Key Responsibilities:
* Managing freehold and leasehold transactions, including acquisitions and disposals
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial leases
* Advising on landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals and disputes
* Assisting with development projects, including site acquisitions and disposals
* Handling secured lending and property finance transactions
