What you'll be doing: As a Commercial Property Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:
Running your own diverse caseload of commercial property transactions
Assisting senior lawyers with more complex and high-value matters
Playing an active role in business development and client relationship management
Working closely with clients across sectors including retail, development, healthcare, and more
What we're looking for:
Qualified Solicitor, ideally with 2+ PQE, but candidates slightly below this will also be considered
Prior experience in commercial property, ideally with Paralegal exposure pre-training contract and at least one seat in Property or Real Estate
A commercially astute, client-focused approach
Strong communication, numeracy, and IT skills
A team player who’s proactive, motivated, and eager to grow
