Our client, a well-established and highly regarded company based in the Eastleigh area, is currently seeking a Commercial Services Administrator to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
Managing incoming emails and responding appropriately
Answering telephone calls and handling enquiries in a professional manner
Processing customer orders, including confirmation and invoicing of dispatched goods
Managing scheduled orders and coordinating collections
Handling credit processing and ensuring prompt clearance of credit-stopped orders with the finance team
Scanning and filing schedules, order forms, credit documentation, and delivery notes
Providing Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation as required
Performing general administrative and compliance-related tasksThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven experience in a similar role
Excellent telephone and communication skills
Strong organisational abilities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
A stable career history
