Job Description
Commissioning Manager required for a major Offshore Wind Farm Client based in Belgium.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement commissioning plans and schedules.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient commissioning activities.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
Prepare and maintain detailed commissioning documentation, including test plans, procedures, and reports.
Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on commissioning progress and any issues encountered.
Ensure all commissioning activities are documented and archived for future reference.
Lead and mentor a team of commissioning engineers and technicians.
Provide training and support to team members to ensure high performance and professional development.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the commissioning phase.
Communicate effectively with clients to address their concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to achieve project goals.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in commissioning or project management are a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning management, preferably in the offshore wind, oil and gas, or civil engineering sectors.
Proven track record of successfully managing commissioning activities for large-scale projects.
Strong technical knowledge of commissioning processes and standards.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
