Comms and Engagement Specialist
12-month initial contract
Onsite working - Solihull/Midlands
£30ph (Inside IR35), 40 hrs pw
*Applicants MUST have proof of immediate, on-going and valid eligibility to work full time in the UK and travel within the EU.*
About the company
I am currently recruiting on behalf of a Luxury Automotive OEM, based in Solihull, who are seeking a Comms & Engagement Specialist to join their team
Job Description
As Comms & Engagement Specialist, your main responsibilities are:
Describing and communicating the impact of process changes, on business roles and relationship, to user access within the tools
Identifying stakeholders and end users in scope, for deployment activities
Support onboarding of Early Adopters and Super Users
Conducting business change impact assessments with relevant senior stakeholders, in preparation of a deployment
Creating stakeholder communication and engagement plans, and supporting the communication of these to relevant End Users
Supporting business interactions with matched pair Process Leads and key stakeholders, in the development of global business processes
Qualifications / Skills needed
Change Management experience
Familiarity working in a manufacturing facility or environment
Experience of using Atlassian applications, e.g. JIRA / Confluence
Experience of Agile
Transformational projects
Strong presentation skills
