Community Fundraiser
Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home)
Salary: £26,500 – £31,500 (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Community Fundraiser to join their dynamic Events & Community Fundraising team.
You’ll play a key role in planning and delivering a diverse programme of fundraising activities—from running campaigns and recipe clubs to supporting local fundraisers and representing the Trust at key community events. You’ll also help recruit and manage volunteers, develop supporter journeys, and work closely with our Communications team to promote initiatives.
We’re looking for someone with:
✔️ Prior experience in the third sector
✔️ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects and build strong relationships
✔️ A flexible, can-do attitude and willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends
