About the Role:
Are you a dedicated and experienced Community Nurse with expertise in ADHD, Autism, or Child Health? We are seeking a Community Nurse to join the BeeU Neuro Developmental Pathway team in Shrewsbury.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct parental discussions to facilitate comprehensive triage
* Perform neurodevelopmental screening of referrals
* Liaise effectively with schools and other professionals
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
* Maintain accurate record writing to ensure clear communication
* Clearly communicate triage outcomes to referrers
What We Are Looking For:
* Experience working with ADHD, Autism, or Child Health
* Ability to triage referrals and communicate clinical rationale
* Strong liaison and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
