Job Title: Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)
Location: NHS – Various Sites
Contract Type: Temporary (Agency)
Pay Rate: £27.00 per hour (Umbrella) | £21.71 per hour (PAYE, excluding holiday pay)
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a full-time Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to work within the NHS on a temporary agency contract in Derby.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide mental health assessments and interventions to service users in the community.
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
Monitor, review, and evaluate care plans, ensuring effective delivery of services.
Support individuals in managing their mental health and promoting recovery.
Requirements:
Current NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
Previous experience working as a CPN or in a similar role.
Ability to manage a caseload and work independently in the community.
