Job Title: Community Safety Officer – Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB)
Location: Whitwick Business Centre, Coalville, LE67 4JP
Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Pay Rate: £27.00 – £29.00 per hour (PAYE)
Vetting Requirement: Must hold current NPPV Level 1 Police Vetting or above
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
About the Role:
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a proactive and experienced Community Safety Officer (ASB) on behalf of North West Leicestershire District Council. This is a key role focused on reducing and managing anti-social behaviour through coordinated responses, partnership working, and effective case management.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate multi-agency responses to incidents of anti-social behaviour.
Lead investigations and implement solutions, including enforcement where necessary.
Support community safety strategies and initiatives in partnership with police and local services.
Use Sentinel and other systems to record and manage ASB cases.
Prepare reports and documentation for formal enforcement action and multi-agency panels.Requirements:
Demonstrable experience in resolving ASB through investigation, negotiation, and enforcement.
Strong working knowledge of relevant ASB legislation and court procedures.
Current valid NPPV Level 1 Police Vetting (minimum requirement).
Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills.Why Apply?
