Job Description

Job Title: Interim Compliance Manager - Social Housing Location: Surrey Rate: £300 - £350 per day Duration: Temporary/Interim Key Responsibilities: 1. Legionella Management: Oversee and manage the Legionella control program, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. 2. Compliance Oversight: Take responsibility for monitoring and ensuring compliance across various aspects of social housing operations, identifying and addressing any areas of non-compliance. 3. Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough risk assessments related to Legionella within social housing properties, implementing appropriate control measures to mitigate risks. 4. Policy Development: Contribute to the development and improvement of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices. 5. Training and Awareness: Provide training and guidance to staff members on Legionella awareness and compliance, fostering a culture of adherence to safety protocols. 6. Audit and Reporting: Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance levels, producing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions as necessary. 7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and contractors to ensure effective communication and coordination in all compliance-related matters. Qualifications and Experience: * Proven experience as a Compliance Manager in the social housing sector. * In-depth knowledge of Legionella management and related regulations. * Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and risk assessment methodologies. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Relevant professional qualifications and certifications in compliance and Legionella management
