Peacock Sourcing Ltd is actively seeking a skilled Composite Laminator to join our well-established client in Southampton.
This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced Composite Laminators and Technicians on high-performance applications.
Role Overview
As a Composite Laminator, you will be an integral part of a dedicated team, responsible for producing high-quality composite components. This role is suited for individuals with proven experience as a Composite Laminator and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately laminate pre-preg materials for high-performance applications, ensuring all components meet the required specifications.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve product quality and meet strict project deadlines.
Maintain a safe and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Ensure critical attention to detail throughout all stages of the laminating process.
Proactively address any product, safety, or quality concerns, ensuring they are promptly communicated and resolved.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as a Composite Laminator or in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team, meeting quality standards and project deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks accurately under pressure.
Confidence to raise any concerns related to product quality, health, and safety.
Be punctual, arrive to work on time.
Be able to speak and write in clear fluent English.
Have a clean criminal record.
