ABC Teachers is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Computer Science Supply Teacher to join a welcoming secondary school in Solihull on a long-term basis. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and well-structured Computer Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Plan, prepare and assess pupils’ work in line with curriculum objectives.
Create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policy.
Collaborate with the wider ICT/Computing department and contribute to school life.
Requirements
The successful Computer Science Teacher will have;
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Experience teaching Computer Science in a secondary school setting.
Strong classroom management skills.
A commitment to fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
Ability to obtain suitable references, a valid DBS Check and hold the Right to Work in the UK (ABC Teachers do not offer sponsorship)
*All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
