Exciting Site Manager opportunity for a high quality fit out and refurbishment company focusing on commercial, retail, and hospitality projects.
About the role of Site Manager:
Working on a high end hotel in Hertfordshire, focusing on the fit out of a conference room, bar, flexible office space and gym refurbishment.
Responsibilities for Site Manager:
Checking and preparing site reports
Day to day client liaising and staff reports
Ensuring quality checks on site
Ensuring sub contractors are working to deadlines Requirements for Site Manager:
Happy to work in Southern Hertfordshire with the intention of future London projects
Experience working on projects valued up to £5 million
CAT A, CAT B and commercial fit out experience
Individuals who have come through Tier 1 or Tier 2 training programmes What we offer for Site Manager:
