Continuous Improvement Engineer
Liversedge
Salary: In the region of £45,000 per annum + benefits & bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer with a proven track record of delivering impactful CI projects. This role goes beyond technical support-you will take the lead in driving initiatives that significantly enhance our manufacturing processes.
Joining our clients well-established manufacturing organisation, you will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, a comprehensive benefits package, and a bonus scheme.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver Continuous Improvement (CI) projects across various departments to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Identify opportunities for improvement within the manufacturing process and implement effective solutions.
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to reduce waste, improve processes, and optimize operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Monitor, measure, and report on project performance, ensuring CI initiatives meet set objectives.
Requirements
Proven experience in delivering CI projects within a manufacturing environment.
A minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience in a similar role-this position is not suitable for recent graduates.
Strong knowledge of CI methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and related tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions effectively.
