Our well-established client based in Guildford are looking to recruit a Contracts Administrator to join their back office team. This role will involve contract and documentation processing.
Duties:
To efficiently process a high volume of contracts and documentation and to enable the payment of invoices
Identify any errors with documentation and provide feedback
Printing and filing documentation for contracts
Answer and resolve queries
Build and maintain strong working relationships with departments Requirements:
Excellent administration skills
Strong organisational skills
Good time management and attention to detail
