What You’ll Be Doing Customer Service Responsibilities: * Be the main contact for customer queries via phone, email, and chat * Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism * Provide accurate information on products and services * Process orders, returns, and refunds in line with policy * Maintain records of all interactions * Liaise with internal teams to solve complex customer problems Import/Export Administration Responsibilities: * Prepare documentation for imports and exports (e.g. customs declarations, invoices) * Ensure compliance with international trade and customs regulations * Coordinate with freight companies, customs agents, and suppliers * Track shipments to ensure timely delivery * Troubleshoot delivery delays or transit issues * Maintain comprehensive shipping records for audits Who We’re Looking For * Strong organisational and multitasking abilities * Excellent communication skills * Background in customer service and/or import/export admin * A proactive team player who can also work independently * Willingness to undergo training and continual learning Nice to Have: * Degree Educated (or equivalent) * Knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations * Understanding of customs and international trade procedures * Comfortable with logistics/customer service systems Looking to enjoy a work-life balance with a 4-day week?
