A great opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join an established contractor offering building repair solutions primarily to the domestic insurance market. Key responsibilities. Site supervision. Budget controls. Monthly forecasting and invoicing targets Weekly reporting. Adherence to Company H&S, Environmental and Quality polices. Customer liaison. Programme planning.Beneficial Skills / Qualities Extensive experience of managing small - medium value domestic repair contracts. Experience of the insurance repairs market Good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, risk management and cost control including forecasting, actual cost and value reporting. Excellent interpersonal skills. Self-motivation and enthusiasm. Problem solving and analytical thinking Clean UK Driving Licence
