Location: London or Birmingham (hybrid working)

Role Overview: We are looking for a Client Engagement Specialist to join our in house legal team and beresponsible for reviewing and drafting client engagement terms, outside counsel guidelines, and related documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Review non-standard client engagement terms and contract documents/contracts to facilitate approval from firm management
Serve as a key point of contact for client engagement terms and questions for attorneys and assistants
Assist in the identification, resolution, and clearance of conflicts of interest issuesExperience and Qualifications:
Graduate in an industry-related field or law degree (preferred)
At least 2-3 years of legal experience preferred
Previous experience reviewing and drafting contracts preferred
Strong organisational, analytical, and writing skills
Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
Good verbal and written communication skillsGeneral Attributes:
Works well independently
Supportive of firm's administrative processes and procedures
Ability to anticipate and solve procedural problems
