Job Description
We’re a well-established mechanical services contractor based in Peterborough, known for their practical, no-fuss approach to delivering HVAC projects. They are small enough to stay agile and responsive, but experienced enough to take on complex, high-value work across commercial and industrial sites.
Thanks to continued growth and repeat business from loyal clients, they are now looking for an HVAC Contracts Manager to join their team.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role. You’ll be responsible for managing HVAC installation projects from planning through to completion—ensuring everything runs to schedule, stays within budget, and meets our high standards.
You’ll work closely with clients, suppliers, and engineers, and you’ll be trusted to take ownership of your work without unnecessary red tape.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Overseeing multiple live HVAC projects across the region
*
Liaising with clients, engineers, and subcontractors
*
Managing budgets, timelines, and quality on site
*
Regularly visiting projects to check progress and address issues
*
Making sure jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to spec
*
Building long-term relationships through reliability and results
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience managing HVAC or building services contracts
*
A practical, problem-solving mindset
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
*
Able to manage multiple projects at once
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Comfortable working both on-site and in the office
