Job Description

Currently looking for a Contracts Manager to join permanently with a dry lining contractor who mainly specialise in the residential sector covering a 50 mile radius of Andover. As a Contracts Manager you will be responsible for 4-5 simultaneously. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of a company's dry lining contracts, ensuring they are executed efficiently and profitably. This includes managing budgets, negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring that contracts are adhered to. Also playing a crucial role in managing relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Budget Management: Overseeing project budgets, managing costs, and ensuring projects are completed within budget. Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Project Delivery: Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of contracts, project schedules, and other relevant documentation. Skills & Qualifications Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of drylining processes, materials, and industry standards. Budgeting and Financial Management: Ability to manage project budgets, forecast costs, and track expenses. Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively negotiate with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project life-cycle. Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract management, with a focus on drylining or construction projects
