Role Overview:
The Construction Contracts Manager will oversee the successful delivery of interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, exceptional organisational skills, and a commitment to fostering positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of contract administration, from pre-construction through to project completion.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the commercial fit-out industry.
Strong understanding of construction contracts and legal requirements.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in all project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
