£55,000 - £65,000 + Car Allowance & Package DOE Contracts Manager - Residential Housing  Main Contractor / Developer New Build Housing West Midlands Based Permanent Vacancy The Company Our client is a residential developer based within the West Midlands who work across the Midlands. They are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager after a sustained period of growth. The Company has the aim to continue with their growth in the coming financial years. They have developed a strong reputation for themselves in the residential housing and residential conversion sectors.  The Contracts Manager Role As a Contracts Manager you will be able to manage multiple (2-3) projects working with any issues as they arise.  Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure all contracts comply with legal and company standards. Monitor project budgets, manage costs, and report on financial performance. Identify and mitigate financial risks. Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards. Address and resolve any contractual or commercial issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations effectively. Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and financial records.This role could be suitable for an ambitious Project Manager looking to progress to a more senior role, or an existing Contracts Manager looking for a more dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be expected to execute the designated projects to the agreed programme, in line with Health, Safety and Environmental standards expected by the client and company. It is expected that the successful applicant will be capable of running multiple projects on a day to day basis with the assistance of site based Project Managers / Site Managers.   The ideal candidate will have previously managed multiple sites within the residential housing sector.  The successful candidate will be responsible for contracts managing two or three projects across the Midlands. Remuneration: Dependent upon experience, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn up to £65,000 per annum plus car allowance & package.
