Job Description
Are you a skilled engineer with a passion for electrical systems? We are seeking an experienced Control Panel Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning control panels, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Testing and commissioning of MCC control panels and PLC systems.
Conduct thorough inspections of 3-phase systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
Work with and interpret schematic drawings for troubleshooting and system validation.
Perform routine and final testing, including continuity, insulation, and functional tests on control panels.
Identify and diagnose faults, providing solutions for system improvements.
Ensure all work meets relevant industry regulations and client specifications.
Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Qualifications and Experience:
18th Edition Wiring Regulations - essential.
2391 Testing and Inspection certification - essential.
Strong understanding of PLC systems and MCC control panels.
Experience with three-phase electrical systems and industrial control panels.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical documentation.
Proven experience in testing, fault finding, and commissioning in industrial settings.
