The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, remortgages, transfers of equity).
Deliver an outstanding client experience through proactive and clear communication.
Supervise and support junior team members and conveyancing assistants.
Participate in business development and networking initiatives.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk management procedures.
Keep abreast of industry developments through ongoing CPD.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in residential conveyancing with the ability to handle files independently.
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced non-qualified conveyancer.
Confident using case management systems and working with digital workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a focus on client care and efficiency.
Ambition to grow and develop within a progressive firm.
