Full-time | Office-based | Competitive Salary + Bonus I'm working with a highly regarded and forward-thinking law firm looking to hire two Conveyancing Assistants – one to join their Residential team and the other their New Homes team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a fast-paced legal team within a modern and well-resourced firm. The role is essential in supporting fee earners with a wide range of conveyancing transactions. You’ll be responsible for managing administrative processes and post-completion work, ensuring files progress efficiently and clients receive excellent service throughout. Key Responsibilities: Support conveyancers and lawyers with administrative and case management duties Prepare and amend legal documentation including client care letters Handle post-completion tasks and follow-ups with clients, lenders, and other third parties Monitor deadlines, manage incoming correspondence, and ensure tasks are completed promptly Engage confidently with clients and internal stakeholders to progress matters smoothly What They're Looking For: Previous experience in conveyancing or legal support Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and time management A team-oriented approach and willingness to learn Competent with IT systems and able to quickly adapt to new technologies This is an opportunity to grow your conveyancing career in a firm that values innovation, collaboration and quality.
