Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Solicitor/ Conveyancer with 5 years PQE to join a well-established legal firm. This full-time role offers a salary up to £50,000 and benefits.
As a Conveyancing Solicitor / Conveyancer, you will manage residential conveyancing cases, with potential to expand into commercial conveyancing.
You will be responsible for:
Handling re-mortgages and managing transfer of equity.
Facilitating right to buy transactions and conducting sales and purchases.
Overseeing transactions involving leaseholds.
Managing lease extensions and overseeing deed variations.
Handling shared ownership matters and dealing with new build properties.
What we are looking for:
Previously worked as a Conveyancing Solicitor, Conveyancing Lawyer, Conveyancer or in a similar role.
At least 5 years PQE in conveyancing.
Background in handling own case load independently covering the full range of conveyancing transactions.
