MFK Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a reputable and expanding legal firm to recruit a talented Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven legal professional to join a dynamic team handling a broad range of commercial and residential property transactions.
Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer - The Role:
As a Conveyancing Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer at the firm, you will manage a diverse caseload of up to 70 more complex commercial and residential property matters from inception to completion, including:
* Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
* Lease renewals, extensions, and assignments
* Landlord and tenant matters
* Property development projects
* Shared Ownership matters
* Boundary Disputes
* Title Defects
* CPOs
What we are looking for:
* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 4+ PQE in conveyancing
* Confident managing files from instruction through to post-completion
* Strong knowledge of commercial property law and land registration
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* Proactive, well-organised, and commercially minded
* Local to Manchester and Surrounding areas
