As a Cook you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to menu specifications, ensuring food is of the highest quality. You will work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
Prepare and cook food items as per the menu
Ensure food is prepared to the highest standard
Maintain a clean and organised work-space, including following health and safety guidelines
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation.
Maintain proper food storage and hygiene practices
Ensure all equipment is used correctly and cleaned regularly
