Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage due diligence, valuations, and financial modelling projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Oversee financial analysis, challenging assumptions in forecasts and reviewing cash flow models.
Develop strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact and delivering strategic insights.
Play an active role in business development, supporting marketing initiatives, leading proposal production, and identifying potential clients.
Work closely with Partners to bring in new business and expand the firm's presence in the Norfolk Corporate Finance market.
Coach and mentor junior team members, helping them develop their technical and advisory skills.What the client is looking for:
ACA/ACCA qualified, ideally with at least 1-3 years post-qualification experience.
Proven experience in Corporate Finance, M&A transactions, or financial due diligence.
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
Commercially minded with the ability to identify risks and opportunities in transactions.
