Join Our Team as a Counterbalance Operative!
Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team. We are seeking a motivated Counterbalance Operative to join our clients thriving warehouse team in Fengate, Peterborough.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Counterbalance Operative, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Safely operating forklifts to move, locate, and load products.
Ensuring that all goods are handled and stored according to company standards.
Collaborating with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
Conducting regular checks on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
Some heavy lifting 25kg.
Conversion of Counterbalance license to Flexibendi. What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
A valid Counterbalance licence.
Previous warehouse experience.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.
