Principal Resourcing are seeking versatile, adaptive and proactive individual's to join our talent pool of first-rate Cover Supervisors.
Schools and academies across Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire trust and continue to work with Principal Resourcing exclusively due to the calibre of Cover Supervisors we onboard. Work with our experienced consultants and mentors to expand your experience and opportunities for work across the area.
We are actively recruiting experienced Cover Supervisors and candidates with transferable skills.
A Cover Supervisor is responsible for maintaining continuity in learning in the absence of a teacher:
* Classroom Supervision – ensure students stay on task and follow lesson plan whilst maintaining an environment conducive to learning.
* Behaviour Management – ensure school behaviour policies are implemented.
* Lesson Support – explain pre-set lesson activities and expectations and distribute materials as required.
* Record Keeping – complete student register, and record and feedback on student progress or any issues that arise.
