Cover Supervisor - East Leeds
Full-Time or Flexible Part-Time | Immediate Start | Competitive Daily Rate

Veritas Education are working in partnership with a number of secondary schools across the East Leeds area, who are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join their teams. Whether you're looking for a full-time role or more flexible, part-time ad-hoc work, we have opportunities to suit your availability.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals considering a career in education, recent graduates, or experienced cover supervisors who enjoy the variety and challenge of working with different schools.
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-set lesson plans to classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain engaged with learning.
Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil behaviour and progress.
Support the wider school team to ensure a safe and positive learning environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
A DBS on the Update Service is essential - however, Veritas can assist in processing a new application if needed.
Confident, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
A genuine interest in working with secondary-aged students.
