Contract: Day-to-Day Supply, Full time/Part time

GSL Education are searching for a proactive and capable Cover Supervisor to support a vibrant school in Loughborough on a day-to-day supply basis.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Cover Supervisor, your role will include:
Overseeing classrooms during teachers' short-term absences.
Supporting students to stay focused and engaged with set lesson plans.
Maintaining a calm and productive classroom atmosphere.
Handling minor classroom issues and managing behaviour effectively.
Collaborating with school staff to ensure seamless lesson delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this Cover Supervisor position, you’ll need:
A proactive and confident approach to managing groups of students.
Strong behaviour management skills to keep classrooms on track.
Solid Maths and English skills (essential).
A genuine interest in supporting students and enhancing their learning.
Previous experience in a classroom or similar environment is helpful but not required.
