About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of lessons when teachers are unavailable. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Leading whole classes across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans to maintain continuity in students' learning.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively to ensure a focused and productive learning environment.
• Supporting pupils in achieving their lesson objectives and staying on track.

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable individual who:
• Has experience working with secondary school students.
• Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills.
• Is confident, proactive, and able to engage students effectively.
• Holds a genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
Note: QTS is not mandatory if you have relevant teaching experience.
