This position is ideal for a dedicated Cover Supervisor looking to gain practical experience in a school setting before beginning formal teacher training. The school offers a unique pathway, providing teacher training to high-performing Cover Supervisors after one year of service.
Main Responsibilities of the Cover Supervisor:
Maintain a focused and respectful classroom environment through effective behaviour management.
Act as a positive role model and develop constructive working relationships with students and colleagues.
Deliver pre-set lesson plans during teacher absences.
Ideal Cover Supervisor Candidate Will Have:
Experience working in schools or with young people in another capacity.
