Credit and Document Controller
Location: Crawley
Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 pa
Vector are currently recruiting for a highly organised and detail-oriented Credit and Document Controller on behalf of their client’s growing drainage business. In this dual-function role, you’ll be responsible for managing credit control processes and maintaining accurate documentation for financial and operational records.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage outstanding debt, ensuring timely payments.
Liaise with clients to resolve invoice and payment queries.
Maintain accurate credit control records and update internal systems.
Oversee the preparation, storage, and retrieval of key business documents.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and SharePoint.
Experience using COINS ERP system (Preferrable)
