The Role:
As the CRO, Data, and Analytics Manager, you will lead our best-in-class CRO projects. This role includes developing research-driven CRO testing and recommendations, using platforms like VWO, Convert, PageSense, MS Clarity, and Hotjar. You will also create insightful reports through Looker Studio and manage tagging and tracking for clients.
Joining the Behavioural Science and Innovation team, you will prioritize insights and research-led testing. Your focus will be on continuous improvement by combining behavioral models with customer engagement data to inform actionable recommendations. You'll work with a dynamic team and help evolve our CRO and CX offerings, making data-driven decisions that enhance the digital customer experience.
We Are Looking For…
A passionate individual with hands-on experience in CRO projects. You should have daily experience using platforms like VWO, PageSense, Hotjar, and Looker Studio, as well as expertise in tagging and tracking implementation via Google Tag Manager and GA4. Strong planning and prioritization skills are essential to ensure effective delivery of client roadmaps and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute CRO strategies, including audits and A/B testing.
Recommend UX/UI improvements based on behavioral insights.
Create and optimize reporting dashboards in Looker Studio.
Manage tracking implementations to ensure accurate data collection.
Build strong client relationships through strategic recommendations and performance updates.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate CRO strategies.
Conduct quality assurance checks on CRO implementations.
Mentor junior team members and promote a test-and-learn culture.Package:
Salary: £40k
