Job Description
Established provider of Air Conditioning solutions requires CSCS Operative to join their team, working nationwide providing installation, maintenance and refurbishment of Air Conditioning systems in retail, domestic and commercial applications.
Successful candidate for the position of CSCS Operative would have previous experience of site work, be proficient in the use of power and hand tools, hold a full clean driving licence and MUST be available to work away from Monday to Friday. Offered as a Temporary to Permanent contract, the position of CSCS Operative provides opportunity for career development, competitive pay rates and immediate start available.
Duties of CSCS Operative include:
* Assist Lead Engineer with installation, maintenance and refurbishment of air conditioning systems
* Use of Power and Hand tools
* Maintain a safe, clean working environment on site
* Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures
* Loading and unloading of materials and equipment
* Carrying out tasks that involve physical labour
* Following supervisor instructions at all times
Skills/Qualifications required by CSCS Operative:
* CSCS Card – essential
* Asbestos Awareness Training – desirable
* Previous experience of site work and/or duct work/metal fabrication - preferable
* Physical strength (role includes heavy lifting)
* Experience using Power and Hand tools
* Full clean driving licence
* Can do attitude
* Flexibility to work away all week
* Available for overtime, as and when required
Location: Nationwide (Head Office, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire)
Hours: Mon to Fri - 40 hours per week (overtime available)
Rate of Pay: £12.21 - £15.00 per hour dependent upon experience includes paid accommodation and daily meal allowance
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
