What You’ll Be Doing

Leading the end-to-end development of new courses and programmes—from concept to launch.

Advising on instructional design to ensure an engaging and effective learner journey.

Supporting training centre teams and colleagues with academic and curriculum guidance.

Keeping our course catalogue fresh, relevant, and aligned with quality standards.

Working with the marketing team to prepare compelling course content and promotional materials.
*
Representing the organisation in educational partnerships and exploring new opportunities for growth.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in curriculum development and educational project management.

Background in teaching adult learners.

Strong understanding of the UK education landscape and regulatory frameworks.

Familiarity with government funding models in the UK and Ireland.

Confident using learning management systems and project management tools.
