We’re looking for a Customer Onboarding Executive to join us at one of the UK’s leading marketplaces for premium pre-owned kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. We combine beautiful interiors with a sustainability mission — offering sellers and buyers a smarter, greener way to rehome luxury items.
This is no ordinary customer service role. You’ll be the go-to guide for homeowners and business who want to sell through Rehome. From explaining how our service works, to offering initial valuations (we’ll train you!), and walking them through every step of the process, you’ll make sure they feel confident, supported, and excited to sell sustainably.
You'll manage your own pipeline of leads and onboard sellers onto the platform, acting as a trusted advisor and problem solver. You'll also be on hand to support our e-commerce buyers with occasional queries, ensuring both sides of the marketplace feel fully looked after.
This is a full-time role, offering a salary of £28,000 per annum, plus a quarterly bonus.
As Customer Onboarding Executive with Rehome, your responsibilities will include:
Prioritising seller enquiries based on their requirements, pricing guidelines, and timelines
Managing and updating your portfolio of sellers; forward setting tasks to achieve the best possible outcome within given timelines
Consulting with and onboarding sellers to (url removed), arranging their marketing surveys and supporting them through to their items being listed for sale
Upselling Rehome’s Which Trusted Trader dismantle services
Liaising with the marketing team for product marketing requirements
Developing relationships with your portfolio of business clients with service and retention at the forefront
At Rehome, we’re looking for a Customer Onboarding Executive with the following:
Be a strong communicator with ability to build rapport.
Proven success within a self-managed customer services or sales role within a service led business
Strong organisational skills and disciplined use of CRM systems. (Microsoft Dynamics)
Ability to prioritise a portfolio of stakeholders according to business requirements
Proactive problem-solving skills
Proven ability at onboarding new and established customers to a business throughout the sales cycle
Experience within a fast moving, customer facing role using multiple communication channels
