️ Repairs Administrator – Hampshire | Three Month Temporary Role | Full-Time We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Repairs Administrator to join their team in Hampshire on a temporary three month contract, with the possibility of extension. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a busy and fast-paced Property Services team, providing essential support to both tenants and contractors. The role is 37 hours per week, primarily based on-site, with some flexible working options to be discussed with the hiring manager. 🔍 Key Responsibilities: * Act as the first point of contact for tenant repair enquiries, providing clear and professional communication * Log, raise, and follow up on repairs and maintenance requests using internal systems * Liaise with contractors and tenants to ensure timely and effective repairs are carried out * Support the implementation and improvement of Responsive Repairs processes * Handle customer complaints professionally across phone, email, and in-person interactions * Produce work orders and explain responsibilities related to repairs to tenants * Monitor progress of repairs and provide timely updates and explanations to residents * Ensure emergency repairs are prioritised and tenant safety is maintained at all times * Report poor workmanship or delays to senior staff and Area Property Surveyors ✅ What We’re Looking For: * Strong administrative background within housing, property, or repairs * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to handle sensitive or technical matters with professionalism and clarity * Confident using computerised systems and managing repair workflows * Proactive, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
