Customer Service Administrator wanted in Stockport! Ful time, permanent, Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE) | Monday -Thursday 8am -5pm & Friday 8am -3pm - No Weekends KBB Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a fast-paced and friendly team within a well-established business. Role Overview: Reporting to the Finance Director and working closely with the Customer Services Manager, you will handle customer queries, process orders, and coordinate deliveries. You’ll also support finance and transport teams to ensure smooth invoicing, credit management, and logistics. Key Responsibilities: * Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person. * Process sales orders, quotes, and portal orders, promoting online services. * Liaise with internal teams and couriers to coordinate deliveries and collections. * Support credit control, invoicing, and CRM updates. * Maintain showroom and marketing materials. * Provide admin support and assist with courtesy calls to customers. What We're Looking For: * Customer service or admin experience (B2B or B2C). * Strong organisational and communication skills. * Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office. * Positive, proactive approach with attention to detail.
