Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM β 6:00 PM

Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00 AM β 4:00 PM
π Job Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and organised Admin / Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team based in Brackmills, Northampton. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for someone with a background in customer service and administration who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
π Key Duties:

Respond to customer queries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
*
Manage customer service tickets and ensure issues are resolved efficiently
*
Create manual shipping labels for certain orders as needed
*
Process booking requests and liaise with internal departments
*
Update internal systems to maintain accurate order information
*
Release customer orders using order management software
*
Carry out regular system checks to ensure smooth production and dispatch
*
Visit the warehouse floor to verify parcel or order details when required

Candidate Requirements:

Strong communication skills β both written and verbal in English
*
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level or higher)
*
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks
*
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is essential
*
Confident using order management systems and picking up new software quickly
*
Proactive team player who can adapt to a varied workload
