Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Advisors in Weston-super-Mare to join our client on an 8-12 week temporary basis. You will be required to make and answer customer calls, providing them with empathy whilst managing their expectations and ensuring they have a positive experience.
The hourly rate is £12.21 per hour and is a full-time, temporary position.
Package for a Customer Service Advisor:
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Contract Type: Temporary, minimum 8-12 weeks
Location: Town Hall, Weston-super-Mare
Start Date: 21st AprilKey Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
Providing a high level of customer service in all customer contact situations, delivering total customer satisfaction
Delivering a high standard of both inbound and outbound calls, in a professional, confident and friendly manner
Achieving and exceeding agreed personal and team targets
Communicating clearly and openly and displaying excellent listening skills at all times
Ensuring all customer details are captured and updated appropriatelyKey Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:
You should have excellent communication skills
Ideally, you will have previous customer service experience and be able to provide quality service to customers
The ability to work well under pressure is required
Being able to work alone and within a team is required
