Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

What You’ll Be Doing:
Communicating with existing customers via phone and email
Processing customer orders, returns, and credits using Sage software
Supporting the Sales Team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent telephone and communication skills
Calm, professional attitude in a busy environment
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Confident using Microsoft Office
Fast, accurate, and customer-focused service
Previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
