Customer Service Advisor x 2
Nottinghamshire - hybrid after training
£13.62 per hour
Monday to Friday 8 -4 / 9-5
June start. Long-term temporary contract
Harper Recruitment Group are looking for 2 articulate and accurate customer service professionals to join a well-established, global organisation. This is an excellent opportunity, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
What does the role involve?
Accurately placing and amending orders for customers with an existing account
Translating orders into the system (Salesforce and SAP)
Ensuring orders are accurately placed with no errors and meet shipping restrictions
Answering high-volume telephone calls and emails
Acting as the first point of contact for queries relating to stock availability, product information, website support, delivery updates, and aftercare resolution.
Showing initiative and genuine care to resolve customer queries
Building rapport with the customer base
We need passionate and motivated individuals who will give customers a positive experience every time!Who are we looking for?
Customer service experience in an environment where accuracy is key
Precise attention to detail
A good listener and able to work as a team
An excellent timekeeper
MS Office proficiency is a must, experience in Salesforce would be beneficialImportant information
If successful, you will be office-based for approx. 4 weeks of training. After training, you can work 3 days from the office and 2 days from home per week (following a rotational rota).
