(PK8822) CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (CERM) DORSET Salary depending on experience + Pension Scheme + 25 days Holiday (plus Bank Hols) Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm or 8am to 4pm Our client is an independently owned award-winning, progressive printing company who are continually investing in the very latest equipment to expand their capability. The self-adhesive labels and flexible packaging that are produced are of the very highest standard serving a range of customers from smaller local producers to large blue chip clients. They are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team to assist in the growth of the business during an exciting development phase. The ideal candidate will have Customer Service experience, be technically competent, PC Literate and will ideally have experience of CERM software or similar MIS System, or to be able to pick it up quickly. Responsibilities Dealing with queries on the phone and via Teams. To provide customers with quotations. Inputting and processing of orders for the company. Taking responsibility of your own accounts base. Administration / Clerical duties. Occasional face to face client visits when required. To build the client base.Key Skills: Good organisational skills. Technical acumen. Highly proficient in numeracy and know your way around a spreadsheet. Good at negotiating. Detail orientated and can understand design/artwork. Able to work under pressure and to deadlines in a fast paced environment. Commercially aware. An effective communicator both verbally and in writing. Any experience with flexo or digital printing / packaging is useful but not necessary. Any experience with CERM MIS Software is also beneficial. Full clean driving licence is required
