HYBRID WORKING OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER / OFFICE MANAGER / SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER REQUIRED FROM A COMMERCIAL WASTE & RECYCLING COLLECTIONS OR CLOSELY RELATED ENVIRONMENT
TITLE: Customer Service Manager - Waste Management & Recycling
LOCATION: Hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in Lincoln

ROLE: Customer Service Manager - Waste Management & Recycling
We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our client's commercial division.
The successful candidate will oversee the existing commercial team, ensure the delivery of excellent customer service, and oversee enquiries and complaints from commercial customers through investigation and resolution.
You will manage a team of around 8 staff including a Team Leader, mentor and train them to deliver improvements to customer service delivery
You will also be required to contribute to the team’s activity on an ad hoc basis
EXPERIENCE: Customer Service Manager - Waste Management & Recycling
You will be experienced in customer service delivery in a management level role
You will have worked in Waste Management, Recycling, or a closely related service delivery driven environment, such as washroom services, multidrop deliveries etc.
You will have excellent communication and admin skills
You will have a UK Driving Licence
