Customer Support Administrator (Temp) Winchester £12.5/£13 PH We are looking for an experienced temporary Customer Service Administrator to support this busy housing & repairs team in central Winchester. This an ongoing temporary role that will start as soon as possible. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a busy team managing contacts and administering vital support functions to the team. The Role Be the first point of contact for customers, processing their enquiries through a range of channels including telephone, email, portal and face to face. Providing general administrative support to the repairs and maintenance teams Sending standard correspondence Processing tenancy changes, exchanges and self-service portal enquiries Raising work orders and purchase orders.The Person Experienced Administrator with excellent Customer service skills You'll be self-motivated and enthusiastic Highly organised and methodical Excellent attention to detail Be a strong communicator Calm and able to solve problems and find solutions This is a fantastic opportunity that is likely to go on throughout the Summer. The hours are Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm and an early finish on Friday of 4.30pm. This is a temporary office-based role that requires the right candidate to be available immediately.
